If you can hear it but can't see it - it's probably a sound. Here are some examples of the sorts of audio trickery and stuff we've done.

Crunchy Maggotts
This is the name of an album of songs and music recorded between 1988 and 1994 by Jason Thompson and a few other musicians. The music was mainly intended to be mildly humorous, but with a savage and somewhat dark edge. If you don't understand, then listen to this.

Turning Tides
This project was a project for the British Tinnitus Association, and consisted of an hour of ambient music and natural sounds. It is intended to be peaceful and relaxing, whilst at the same time mask some of the unpleasant sounds which plague Tinnitus sufferers.

David Wood - Poems of Life and other poetry
Northumbrian poet and one time Vicar of Mitford, David was a prolific writer and remarkable person. I recorded most of his poetry at his home in Northumberland and my studio in Newbiggin during 1996. These were published on cassette and released under the name Poems of Life. The last recording session was of his two epic poems, The Soldiers Story and The Gardener's Story - each a 45 minute prose account of the Easter story from two very different perspectives. The recordings were released on the day David died.

Miscellaneous Sound Projects
There have been many small bits and pieces of sound work, some composition, some recording, some editing or remastering. More information on these will follow in the future.
